We opened our newest Learning Center in February 2007 and are pleased to share this ministry with the Stone Oak community.   We feel blessed to be a part of this community and know that we can impact the lives of all of the children and families in our care in a positive, faith-based way.


Our Mission

North Central Christian Learning Center is an extension of the ministry of North Central Christian Church.  As a church, we put the primary emphasis on the Great Commandment which teaches us to love God and to love other as God has loved us.  The Learning Center is a ministry we offer to the families of this community.  We view this ministry as an opportunity to convey God’s love to the children of young families.

We are committed to providing excellent care for children in a loving and nurturing environment.  We intend for our center to remain one of the smaller centers in the Stone Oak area.  This will enable us to maintain the highest quality of care for your children and it will ensure that your children receive the personal love and attention they deserve.  We have an open door policy which enables parents to visit our center at any time.

Curriculum

At North Central Christian Learing Center we use the Pinnacle-Faith Based Curriculum.  It is a Christian based program that helps children build character while developing their academic skills.

Our goal is to help each child grow and learn through language and skill development.  Each day children are introduced to new concepts through finger plays, singing, reading, and dramatic play.

Our pre-school program introduces children to reading, writing, and math skills through developmentally appropriate activities.

We strive to maintain a warm and Christian environment for each individual child and family.
